This is a three-room suite, including a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room/kitchen has a pull-out couch, a flat screen TV with most streaming services (requires guest log-in), and a fully-appointed kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, a closet to hang clothes, and a dresser. It also has a quiet, mini-split to control the temperature. Both rooms have a ceiling fan and windows. The bathroom has a shower stall with rain shower head. Complimentary toiletries provided.

Inn at the Gate

Located right at the village line on route 20, this former roadside motel has been updated with modern, one-bedroom suites. The bedroom has a queen bed, an updated and well-appointed bathroom, and a whisper-quiet mini-split to control the temperature. The living room has a full kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave and retro fridge. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, just a short 15-minute stroll into the village center!

The Chapman House includes two bedrooms (one with an additional bunkbed), modern living space with an adjoining kitchen that is equipped with all the supplies you'll need during your stay.  Separately there is a dining booth and coffee bar for those early risers or late night board game players.  The Chapman house is also equipped with laundry machines and outdoor deck and a zero entry bathroom.

Such a little gem! We enjoyed our stay and it was super convenient to the lovely little town center and lake. It was so nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The back yard is so special with lots of trees, birds, bunnies and hundreds of fireflies at night for kids to catch.&nbsp;

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! Beautiful suite, so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional!! Lynn is an amazing host! She is very responsive, offered so many suggestions, easy to reach, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is close enough to town if you want to walk. I would absolutely book this suite in the future. If you&rsquo;re looking for a clean, beautiful space to stay while visiting the finger lake region, this is the place!!!&nbsp;

We loved Skaneateles and staying at The Gate made it even better. Our hosts, Lynn and Seth, were wonderful and gave us a great list of places to eat and things to see and do. The Gate itself is well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Being in the design field, I loved the attention to detail and style. Can&rsquo;t wait to go back!!!

This spot was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Extremely clean space with everything you need for a weekend get away, very close to town and still quiet and peaceful. We will be back for sure!
